Different countries are having (have) their own strategy to fix the criminal by their punishment law. For rape, murder, forgery, theft, there are several but distinct legal punishments penal codes.

             There are those whose opinion is to give fixed punishment to the criminal. Of course, if we think deeply about the intentions of this group, it is to make the law legal process instant and vengeful so that criminal or the person who commits crime would think twice prior to committing the action.

            On the other hand , some agree on the point that before giving punishment we should first take in the consideration of the following factors just like location , person’s character , date and time , his mental and physical fitness as well as the deep rooted investigation.

            I am of the second opinion, that we should first analyze the case, think from the criminal’s point of view. Reason could be sought after the cases where person could be the innocent .For example, there may be cases where the accused person appears guilty at first but is later found to be innocent. If it is murder then it could have been manipulated. Simultaneously, we should also note the severity of the implication. Apparently, if he would have committed crime, without the evidence our decision would be wasted.

            Evidence is the soul of the total case history. Lastly, it is just not the quest of the criminal however the legal process should ideally fight crime, not the criminals. Ultimately, when a person is hanged to gallows and later we come to know that he or she was innocent), we would have been the irrecoverable loss of one precious life (then one precious life would have been irrevocably lost. Due to the natural process as well as the humanitarian organizations impact many countries take in consideration of the facts and evidences.

            In conclusion, I put forward my opinion that we should always decide punishment and crime with their known reason (on the basis of the evidence, circumstances and motivation) instead of the quick fix action.

  Some children are born in homes which are lit by destiny and blessed with wealth and prosperity whereas some are born in homes cursed by destiny with poverty. One gets all luxurious food , servants , big bungalows, money , handsome property , good health where as other kid obtains his education from doing labor work, money from hard work , food from roadside and lots of sad troublesome home dream. Do you think there is also something like destiny? Is it there? If it is there why God had been manufactured destiny? 

At the endless search Hindu philosophy , it simply pointed to Law of Karma.

So what is law of karma?  Can we handle the Newton’s third law which states?

‘For Every Action there is Equal and Opposite Reaction’. Same law is also been stated as ‘Action-Reaction Law’.

Yes answer is very much robust but flexible that it is just what you sow, you ripe.

Now there are many factors we should consider while thinking about this mystical truth.

Why does a normal person not realize that this body is just the bonding of the soul and the carnal load of blood, bone and mass and finally, he has to leave this body?

What is Maya and why it is so crucial for human life?

Does really man gets reincarnation in man’s body or he/she reincarnates in animal’s body also?

Why some persons are sad and some are happy?

Why there are few billionaires and beggars in bulk quantity?

Many good souls came and led their life to remove poverty, corruption, injustice though they could not eradicate the root levels?

Answer to these all questions is very simple and straight. This is just a combination of human soul, Supreme soul and Maya or which is been called in other world as World Drama. Same topic will be discussed in detail on later stage. For the moment we will go on for doctrines of Karma.

 Doctrine of Karma —

  As we have discussed that whatever you do, you eat that return fruit on the same planet. There is no heaven and there is no hell. You are welcome to hell or heaven on the earth only. It simply replicates whether you steal 1 $ or 100000$, it does not matter. God, Tantric, Yogi, any powerful sage nobody could interfere or mitigate anybody’s karmic pain or gain. This is what you gave, this is what you got return.

 Types of Karma fruits –

1. Conscious\Unconscious Thoughts (Mansa)
2. Conscious\Unconscious Spoken words (Vaacha)
3. Conscious\Unconscious Actions (Karmana)

 There is no known logic to human brain or mind yet that what exactly caused xyz person to suffer or gain. However we can look at simple example of sow and ripe or action reaction table.

It is popular opinion that people are talented and genius by birth. Scientific research analyzed to exhibit individual’s IQ level. By knowing IQ level it is now easy to understand science of genius genes with the help of the biotechnology.
                  Genetic science further states that high intelligence quotient is wasted if it is not being utilized as early as possible. Utilization enables us to exhibit our inner skills. By keeping practice you can show your talent. For example, some children adapt art of plying violin or piano at early age, some attain PH.D by the age of 10. However, these people need to keep this art in practice. By practice, we become perfect and any art could be learned easily. This supports the statement that geniuses are not born, they are nurtured.
      Talent always goes with the nurturing process. If you can not keep it in practice, it becomes dead instantly. It really does not matter that you are “intelligent” or “stupid”. Whenever you repeat some process to do or perform the act, brain cells respond accordingly to the neurons. On the contrary, when you do not repeat brain erases automatically stored information.
      We can take the example of the great scientist like Thomas Edison and Albert Einstein. They did tremendous hard work hence Einstein is said to had the greatest brain of the world.
      To summarize, I would like to focus on the point that the genius are not born but they are nurtured.

Today workaholic culture is at the pinnacle stage in the most companies, organizations. Even though if  you are workaholic person , does not mean that you get job satisfaction. Employee looks something more while doing work at the employer side. First factor is the contributions towards work that how much do you contribute for your company and how much recognition you get in return. Other factors do include pleasant work culture, caring management, appreciation as per the work, skillet augmentation training in related field.

                  It is not that if the employee is not satisfied means he is always looking for some good pay rate however he seeks for something more, just like career growth plan in the organization. Employees always wish for the full and balanced package everywhere in the world.

                  According to research these attributes in the organizational environment are not always feasible for all the workers. Additionally, there is no proper production ratio. Individual’s capacity while working with the team may go down or up. On the contrary, job satisfaction is having cohesive bond against your exhibited performance annually, monthly, daily. Few of them are lucky enough to learn tantrum of pulling out the job satisfaction level. They adapt the work culture; produce optimistic results by positive thinking at workplace.

            Some could not cope with the competition so they come out of the race. There are many discussed factors which fit into the job satisfaction criteria. Actually, expecting job satisfaction by workers is natural however the secret is always beneath their optimistic response.

I was in 10^th standard when I first got introduced to any Ashram. Ashram means hermitage however when we say hermitage it grafts ancient era of Mahabharata or Ramayana. Although this is the modern hermitage. It is BKWSU (Brahmakumaris World Spoken University). One lady wearing white sari came out side and she took us to the small meditation hall where there was photo of old person and above that there was oval shaped red bulb. In this session of the meditation introduction we got to know that this is not the worldly university or worldly school where you study or apply for some course and you get grades, at final you also get some certificate. However it was different kind of university. First I asked question that why only it should be brahmakumaris and not brahmakumar, I got to know that all the affairs of offshore means of India are been handled by group of females. At the very first time I did not digest their strategy, later on I could J . I asked several questions , by all means didi (didi is the Hindi word mostly been used for calling elder sister). She tried to answer all the questions although many left as it is and still those are like open bugs for me J

            I got to know that BKWSU is having head quarter in Mt. Abu and their base in Europe is London , UK. Australia is been totally controlled by Brahmakumar (brother’s Hindi name). This is the vast and giant ashram I have ever encountered. This is also the old established organization which works for non-profit and also recognized as non-profit organization.

            It was around evening time 6 0’ clock, when she discoursed us and did some background Rajyoga commentary to help us do the meditation in that tiny hall of Aurangabad. Here BKWSU spreads the message of Rajyoga however theoretically it is not based on the Ashtang Yoga of Maharshi Patanjali. This Rajyoga is of its own type where user means Sadhak do the meditation means thinks that he is soul and his spiritual father is Supreme Soul. Assuming we are should , we need to remember that we are that father’s son and we have the same attributes/quality like him. Supreme soul is having specific name , he is been called as Shiva means great benefactor. I came back from Ashram with my mother and that aunty who was helpful to introduce us there.

    I came home after saw in the mirror. Same time my mirror image started to distract from me. Till this date , I have this feeling of ‘me’ which is different from my body. I think this feeling could be experienced by any amateur once we tell him he is not the body and he is soul which is residing in the body. We had seven days course by the same didi where she explored many unknown facts about this universe and rituals of country specific to India. She taught and explained more on to the soul and supreme soul. As the time moved ahead we (me and my mother , brother) were started to attend the early morning discourse. At the primitive stage it was really boring to attend the hour , an hour and half to listen something. Thursday is the auspicious day for BKWSU as it is also called as Sadguruwar means day of supreme teacher. We were enjoying the bhog which is synonymous word for Prasad. After that for nearly about 2 years I was at my aunt’s place where I could encounter daily meditation practical however rarely I visited nearby bkwsu centers. After 2 years when I was back at my city Aurangabad from Pune I joint the organization again as the volunteer.

There are certain open questions still I have which not a single brahmakumaris candidate could answer .

First , I would like to tell you that theory of bkwsu  —

1 . Theory : Our world is divided in four yugas means time zone  like Satyayuga, Tretayuga , DwaparYuga and Kaliyuga. It is 5000 years old and each Yuga is divided in 1250 years.

The world will end however that will be the beginning of the new world so it is the cycle and it keeps go on. Every process 5000 years keeps on repeating at unlimited edition. Supreme soul never tells us actually when it will end because this the exam where you need to be having well attributes attained at 100% state. When everybody becomes 100% pure then only you will go to Satyayuga. Now main focus to the asked question that what is the age of the world and when it is going to end.

Explanation on reasonable doubts : If the age of the world is 5000 years old then how come some of the carbon dating methods forecast that particular tree is 6000 or 10000 years old. Scientist also determined some of the articles like coins, pots , walls , and stones  are from Babylonian period or the period of the Mahabharata which dates back to 10000 or 20000 years again. When we speak more about dianosorous it goes more back dated B.C. 1200000 years.

At Mt. Abu there was elder or senior brother was staying named as BK Jagdish. I have read his book ‘Soul , Supreme Soul and Eternal Drama’ Part I and Part II

In this book he is explaining the valid point of process which world follows he has gone by impossible problem to the existing theory.

1. If the world is linear or horizontal line there is starting point to this and end point would be definitely there
2. Obviously our World does not revolves on the zigzag line because it also has start point and end point however our world does not flick from zigzag motion.

 

By this way, motion of the world should be circular so that it keeps on repeating endlessly and there could not be the best alternative than this one in the universe.

2. Theory : Lord Shri Krishna has taken the birth and mother ,father of the Lord has taken the birth already. 

Explanation on reasonable doubts : As per the theory Lord when comes in the starting of the Satyayuga and ending of the Kaliyuga which is the confluence age.  He is the Lord means definitely his mother and father would be 100% pure and taken birth from soul relation state and not from body relation state. Here bkwsu says that they come from body relation state and later on Lord takes birth by soul relation state which is also called as soul conscious state. How both things are possible that mother, father from different way and Lord from different ?

3 . Theory:  Everybody will not get the chance to enter in the heaven which is Satyayuga. The people who would Purusharth (physical and mental efforts to attain 100% perfectionism in all good attributes) they would eligible to enter in heaven, remaining will come from DwaparYuga.

Explanation on reasonable doubts: If we consider everybody’s son and daughter of the God and God loves all of his children why would God make somebody to live in Satyayuga/heavan first and some of them to invite later.

Celebrity status can not be achieved within night or a month. It takes years of hard work to become famous. One can strongly agree that pop stars, musicians, and actors are paid at correct scale. Obviously, the amount of their earning is at extraordinary level from the layman’s view.

                         Years of sacrifices, economical up downs, extendable and severe struggle really pay back. Normal person who sits in the office for eight hours really works hard for his/her organization. , although he could not sump up million dollars in his lifetime unlike celebrities spend million dollars in a year. Great people don’t do different things but they do things in different manner. Same formula applies here which exactly focuses to produce creative things than the laborious and common affair.

                        At individual level if we think, these actors are always under extraordinary stress. Sometimes actor need to spend sleepless nights just to make perfect on shot. Pop musicians need to do practice, practice and practice for their theme, their lyrics to achieve the errorless and audible singing voice quality. Sport stars are not different than this frame. There is an endless practice of their game for fulfilling their fans’ expectation.

            80-90% of celebrities do not fully utilize money they earn. They pay taxes, they act as a huge charitable trust just like cricket maestro Sachin Tendulkar alias the little master. He sponsored entire school of orphanage. Hollywood stars are not too far away from this. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt adopted children as well as they are socially always active for charity.

            Largest charitable trust in the world is owned by Microsoft genius Bill Gates and Mr. Warren Buffet. This foundation has been seriously helping the children who are victim of malnutrition, poverty and severe diseases. Amitabh Bacchan who is awarded as the star of the millennium supporting continuously green revolution to stop global warming affected Antarctica and Arctic Islands. This is the new frontier that these entertainers are not selfish and these are the reasons we should agree that they are been paid at the right proportion.

            Social workers who work day and night fighting for corruption, poverty, illegal human trafficking, and drug addiction are very much neglected symbols. Although they come in the limelight thorough media like TV news and newspapers for their struggle for social cause however they also should get paid in large frame by the government of that country. Recently, the person got Noble Peace award for this work to initialized micro finance process in Bangladesh. We can also see the example of Khan Academy for its freeware videos on teaching platform. Still, I would say that these social workers’ stream is not largely recognized when it comes to their remuneration.

Post WWII , when all countries got settled , people started to live life at maximum facilitated state, still in some countries like India , China population bomb explosion was continuing . Space became problem which initiated flat culture in 80-90’s.

                         Space is a major factor due to which flat system is more sophisticated way of living life. These are the reason why one should prefer for flat against an individual house. There are advantages with house stay as you get stability to ground, you become safe than the apartmental flats which are always under earthquake threat. However living an individual does not serve purpose commercially and socially.

            If we make apartments based on an excellent architectural structure which is earthquake resistant , we make it as the best option than the house . As compared to an indiviaul house security expenditure is minimal with the apartments or flat multistore building.

            Next generation is based on our activities of occupying the available space as growth of population may explode more compared to constant portion of available land. Although populous countries like India and China are trying to control population although it does not seem to be pretty effective. Within decade same situation is going to arise for Europe, US, Canada and other countries In this case perfect solution points to apartment again house.

                        Commercially if take example of financially crowded metro cities like Mumbai, New York, Frankfurt , Toronto  they already started implementing apartment concept to plan the available space cautiously.

                        According to all mentioned statistics, we could take in consideration of the fact that there are more advantages living in the apartment as compared to the house.

Borrowing and lending tradition is in the progress since ages. This has taken new concept in modern world. It can be anything like borrowing money from the bank in the form of loan or from prents, relatives or from friends. However, when we borrow money from friends it impacts the personal relationship to professional relationship.

            Mainly, I would like to clarify that money from friend not in any case is the good example to lead life. Even though he/she is our best friend, it overlaps our personal relationship. Once and a while taking money is not a bad affair , that is what people sy , on the contrary this activity initializes new unstoppable chain where we keep going on asking for help for money.

                        Not in any sense or ground it is suggested to borrow money from friend. At internationally we have very good example of country Japan. Japan has never taken or accepted help from any other country although it encountered with many obstacles post WWII or in any earthquake scenario. it resulted independent and developed country.

            Friend factor is been more valued than money, so I would highly recommend that we should never accept money from friend even though our friendship is at fragile state or in a strong bond.

In today’s world we find two types of people moving ahead in their life – one who gain success through experience and other who grab higher positions in governmental or private sector by studying hard. Now there is famous quote which says that ‘Don’t run behind the success run behind the quality.’ From this expression we can derive that quality does not come only by reading books it comes when you encounter, try repeatedly to resolve the problem.

It could be in any sector where one wants to win the gold medal in Olympics, to become CEO of the giant firm, to be a successful actor or to struggle for their country in the army.

   Point is the experience is very much important than the mere bookish knowledge. We had the great people in the world who set the example by leading and applying knowledge in the field , like Albert Eienstein , Thomas Eddison who were denied from schooling although by doing experiments , living life hard way , they preserved and bounced back with high caliber.

 Research says human brain only produces very good results if it understands the theory , how by doing practical and we get some positive or negative experience through practicality . This proves that men can be successful by applying the practical knowledge although they carry minimal effort of the theoretical knowledge.

            For all described reasons I conclude that practical knowledge is always heavy and creative than bookish knowledge.

There are two types of nations in the world, developed and developing . It is my opinion that wealthy nations should not help poor countries by giving them contribution of food and education.
                Spoonfeeding always makes anyone – nation or individual – handicapped, if not being stopped at right time . There are many governmental and non governmental organizations engaged in donation activites for poor countries like India , Bangladesh , Nigeria , Uganda and many other African countries. Although donation is in the form of food or cash or education , now it made them crippled, dependent and feeble. This also results in increase of corruption , illiteracy in the country .
                                Yet , financial discussions and approaches by G-8 , G-20 never turned any developing nation in the developed nation. At most , I would agree that there should help to these developing countries in form of the individual ruling body , which can check and try to eradicate the level of corruption , the fact that each developing country is concerned with problem of more corruption viceversa corruption level index is pretty low in the developed countries.
                Once the responsibility of a nation increases towards their own citizen’s grievences , automatically all the related problems would be sorted out. They would become well aware of their existing resouces and capabilities. Indeed, there should be a world centric governmental body to check misuse of aid by any developing country .
                 My conclusion is that all the health & food related organization like WHO should bring in notice the action report to the developing nations instead of helping them directly. Also I state further that , UN law should have strong rights over all national law of developing countries so that all powerful position of local government would look into their nation’s problems.
